The invention aims to solve the heat dissipation problem of a soft film suspended ceiling lamp box, and discloses an efficient heat dissipation soft film suspended ceiling lamp box structure which comprises a lamp box structure body and a mounting plate, a first covering film is connected between first rotating cylinders, the lamp box structure body is sleeved with a sleeve frame, guide rods are symmetrically mounted on the two sides of the lower surface of the sleeve frame, and the guide rods are arranged on the mounting plate. A baffle is fixedly installed at the lower end of the guide rod, a spiral spring is connected between the baffle and the positioning plate, and an air bag is arranged between the positioning plate and the sleeve frame in a sleeved mode. By controlling the sleeve frame, the soft film can be tightly pressed on the lamp box, the soft film is tightly attached to the lamp box, water is introduced into the second covering film, cooling is conducted through water, and meanwhile the heat dissipation effect of the lamp box is improved by controlling the first covering film and the second covering film.
