The invention relates to a construction method of a prefabricated column bottom anti-shear connecting structure, which comprises the following steps of: prefabricating an upper-layer prefabricated column in a factory, and embedding a socket hoop, so that a prefabricated insertion hole is formed in the position of the socket hoop; the lower-layer prefabricated columns are prefabricated in a factory, the shear-resistant anchor bolts are embedded, and effective anchoring of the shear-resistant anchor bolts and the lower-layer prefabricated columns around is achieved through anchor bars on the shear-resistant anchor bolts; lower-layer prefabricated columns are installed on the construction site; post-pouring area concrete is poured on the construction site; upper-layer prefabricated columns are installed on the construction site and correspond to the lower-layer prefabricated columns in position; and the joint pouring area is grouted and filled through upper-layer prefabricated column sleeve grouting. Compared with the prior art, the prefabricated column bottom anti-shear connecting structure obtained through the construction method strengthens the anti-shear effect at the joint of the upper-layer prefabricated column and the lower-layer prefabricated column, stress is safe and reliable, the structure is simple, construction is convenient, and the field construction efficiency can be effectively improved.
本发明涉及一种预制柱底部抗剪连接结构的施工方法,包括如下步骤:工厂中预制好上层预制柱,并埋置承插箍,使得承插箍位置形成预制插孔;工厂中预制好下层预制柱,并埋置抗剪锚栓,并通过抗剪锚栓上的锚筋实现抗剪锚栓与周围下层预制柱的有效锚固;施工现场安装下层预制柱;施工现场浇筑后浇区混凝土;施工现场安装上层预制柱,其位置与下层预制柱对应;通过上层预制柱套筒灌浆将接缝浇筑区进行灌浆填充。与现有技术相比,本发明提供的施工方法得到的预制柱底部抗剪连接结构加强了上下层预制柱接缝处的抗剪作用,受力安全可靠,构造简单,施工方便,能够有效的提高现场施工效率。
