The invention discloses a roof deformation joint structure and a construction method thereof.A water dripping upper fillet in the roof deformation joint structure guides and lowers rainwater flowing down from the wall surface of an old building outer wall to a water dripping lower fillet on the outer side of an upper flange plate, and the rainwater directly drips on a water guide cover plate through transfer of the water dripping lower fillet; and then the rainwater is guided to a new building roof through the water guide cover plate, so that the rainwater is prevented from being poured into the expansion joint, and the waterproof effect is achieved through water guide and drainage. And on the other hand, the roof deformation joint structure meets the deformation function of the deformation joint through sliding connection of the water guide cover plate and the base, so that a long-term and stable effective waterproof connection structure is formed between the new building and the old building. The problem that an existing deformation joint structure between new and old buildings is poor in waterproofness is solved.
本发明公开了一种屋面变形缝结构及其施工方法,屋面变形缝结构中的滴水上楞条将老建筑外墙的墙面上顺流而下的雨水导流低落于上翼缘板的外侧的滴水下楞条上,雨水经由滴水下楞条的转接直接滴落于导水盖板,再经由导水盖板导向新建筑屋面,进而避免雨水灌入伸缩缝中,通过导水、疏水以实现防水效果。另一方面,本发明的屋面变形缝结构通过导水盖板与基座的滑动连接满足变形缝的变形功能,使得新老建筑之间形成长久且稳定的有效防水连接结构。本发明解决了现有的新老建筑之间的变形缝结构的防水性不佳的问题。
