The invention discloses a polishing frame for an urban rail transit steel rail high-speed polishing vehicle. The polishing frame comprises a mounting frame which is a rectangular frame welded into a whole. The polishing beams are symmetrically arranged in the mounting frame in parallel; the grinding beam comprises grinding stone sets which are symmetrically arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the welding box. The lifting mechanisms are arranged at the two ends of the welding box. The polishing angle adjusting mechanism is arranged on the outer side of the lifting mechanism and connected with the mounting frame.
