RAIL POLISHING METHOD AND RAIL POLISHING DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a rail polishing method and a rail polishing device suitable for removing fallen leaves stuck to an upper surface of a rail or polishing the rail of a pitched track laid in a mountain part.SOLUTION: A rail polishing device comprises a bogie (11) having a plurality of wheels movable along a rail in a lower part, a pair of arms (13A and 13B) having respectively rotatable grindstones (14A and 14B) on the tip, installed in the bogie and rockably provided in the vertical direction and rotation transmission means (a sprocket, a chain and a transmission shaft) capable of transmitting rotational driving force of driving means (15) mounted on the bogie to a shaft (23) for supporting the grindstones, and the grindstones comprise a disc-like grindstone body and a receiving plate joined to at least one side surface of the grindstone body, and one or more recessed parts (41b) are formed on a surface for joining the receiving plate of the grindstone body, and the receiving plate is provided with a projection (43) engageable with the recessed part of the grindstone body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】レールの上面に付着した落ち葉を除去したり山間部等に敷設された勾配のある軌道のレールを研磨するのに好適なレールの研磨方法およびレール研磨装置を実現する。【解決手段】下部にレールに沿って移動可能な複数の車輪を備えた台車(11)と、先端に回転可能な砥石(14A,14B)をそれぞれ有し台車に取り付けられ上下方向に搖動可能に設けられた一対のアーム(13A,13B)と、台車に搭載された駆動手段(15)の回転駆動力を、砥石を支持する軸(23)へ伝達可能な回転伝達手段(スプロケット、チェーン、伝達軸)とを備えたレール研磨装置において、前記砥石は、円盤状の砥石本体と、該砥石本体の少なくとも一方の側面に接合された受け板とを備え、砥石本体の前記受け板が接合される面には1または2以上の凹部(41b)を形成し、受け板には砥石本体の凹部と係合可能な突起物(43)を設けるようにした。【選択図】図1
