The cantilever operation platform comprises an operation table; the operation table comprises a working platform; a forward mechanism; the advancing mechanism comprises a front moving assembly and a rear moving assembly; wherein the front moving assembly comprises two front moving baffles which are oppositely arranged, a front movable rolling wheel and a plurality of front fixed rolling wheels are arranged on the opposite sides of the two front moving baffles, and the front movable rolling wheel is connected with a front moving motor; the rear moving assembly comprises a steering wheel and two oppositely-arranged rear moving baffles, the steering wheel is rotatably connected with the working platform, the rear moving baffles are detachably connected with the steering wheel, and a rear movable roller and a plurality of rear fixed rollers are arranged on the opposite sides of the two rear moving baffles. And the rear movable roller is connected with a rear moving motor. The construction efficiency can be improved, material and labor consumption is reduced, and cost is saved.
