The invention provides a construction method for pipe-following hole forming in a loose soil layer, which comprises the following steps of: measuring and paying off a hole site to be subjected to hole forming, and making a construction record; according to the construction record, pipe-following drilling is conducted; the grouting pipe is integrally lowered into the drilled hole position along with the anchor rod; grouting the drilled hole site through a grouting pipe; a casing pipe pulling step: after grouting is completed, pulling out the casing pipe with the casing pipe; after the grouting step is completed and after a preset time period, when the strength of a grout stone body formed in the grouting step is larger than or equal to the preset strength, secondary grouting is conducted; and the top of the anchor rod is bent by adopting a post-bending process, so that a bent part is formed on the top of the anchor rod, and the anchor rod is fixed to the reinforcing steel bar. Pipe-following hole forming is adopted, and the problems of hole collapse and hole shrinkage are avoided; and after grouting, the follow-pipe sleeve is pulled out in time and recycled, secondary grouting is conducted, and the problem that hole forming of the anti-floating anchor rod in the loose soil layer is difficult is solved.
本发明提供了一种松散土层跟管成孔的施工方法,该施工方法包括如下步骤:对待成孔孔位进行测定和放线,并做好施工记录;根据施工记录,进行跟管钻孔;将注浆管随锚杆整体下放至钻设的孔位内;通过注浆管向钻设的孔位内注浆;拔套管步骤,注浆完成后,拔出跟管套管;所述注浆步骤完成后并间隔预设时间段后,在所述注浆步骤形成的浆液结石体强度大于或等于预设强度时,进行二次注浆;采用后弯曲工艺,对锚杆的顶部进行弯曲处理,使得锚杆的顶部形成弯折部,以固定至钢筋上。本发明采用跟管成孔,避免塌孔,缩孔问题;注浆后及时拔出跟管套管,循环利用,并进行二次注浆,解决松散土层抗浮锚杆成孔难的问题。
