The invention relates to a steel structure continuous beam installation auxiliary device and an installation method. The method comprises the steps that a multi-span steel structure continuous beam is divided into a plurality of independent installation segments according to the span arrangement characteristics of the multi-span steel structure continuous beam; mounting a starting section, and placing two ends of the starting section on two bridge pier supports of the bridge; the steel beams are sequentially installed section by section with the starting section as the standard, the bottom of one end of the to-be-installed steel beam section is placed on a pier support, and the other end of the to-be-installed steel beam section is placed at the top end of the installed steel beam through an auxiliary device installed at the top; and the steel beams are installed section by section, connection is conducted after adjustment is completed, and circulating construction is conducted till all steel beams are installed. The installation technology of the multi-span steel structure continuous beam is optimized, construction is rapid, safe and reliable, construction quality control is facilitated, and a temporary support does not need to be erected in the installation process. In the steel beam installation process, the auxiliary device arranged at the top of the steel beam is adopted for cooperation, the steel beam can be placed, adjusted and locked, and the device is light in structure and can be recycled.
本发明涉及一种钢结构连续梁安装辅助装置及安装方法,该方法包括:将多跨钢结构连续梁按照其跨径布置特点划分为多个独立的安装节段;安装起始节段,两端搁置在桥梁两跨桥墩支座上;以起始节段为基准,逐段顺序安装钢梁,待安装钢梁节段一端底部搁置在桥墩支座上,另一端利用安装在顶部的辅助装置,搁置在已经完成安装的钢梁顶端;钢梁逐段安装,调整完成后进行连接,循环施工直至完成全部钢梁安装。本发明优化了多跨钢结构连续梁的安装工艺,施工快速,安全可靠,有利于施工质量控制,且安装过程中无需搭设临时支架。钢梁安装过程中采用布置在钢梁顶部的辅助装置进行配合,可实现钢梁的搁置、调整、锁定,该装置结构轻便,且可循环使用。
