The invention discloses an intercepting device capable of collecting and separating rain and sewage, which comprises a main body unit, the main body unit comprises a box body, the interior of the box body is divided into a water inlet cavity and a collecting cavity which are arranged in parallel through a partition plate, the water inlet cavity and the collecting cavity are arranged in parallel, the water inlet cavity is located above the collecting cavity, and the water inlet cavity is communicated with the collecting cavity through a liquid passage; a screening net is fixedly installed on the inner wall of the collecting cavity and located above an opening in the lower end of the liquid passing channel, and a drainage pipe is fixedly communicated with the side, away from the liquid passing channel, of the box body and located above the screening net. And the dirt scraping unit comprises a hollow cylinder fixedly mounted in the collecting cavity and a driving motor which is fixedly arranged on the outer side wall of the box body and corresponds to the hollow cylinder in position. When dirt and other impurities in the box body need to be cleaned, the box body does not need to be opened, the box body does not need to be disassembled under the condition that normal connection of the cut-off device and the drainage and water collection pipeline is guaranteed, and the screening net can be cleaned while sludge in the box body is cleaned.
