The invention discloses a rainwater collecting and sewage intercepting device for a green building community. The device comprises a sewage intercepting mechanism and a rainwater collecting mechanism, wherein the sewage intercepting mechanism comprises a fixing frame, a sewer well, side box bodies, a rain leakage cover plate and a sealing cover; the fixing frame is fixed on the ground; the inner side of the fixing frame is connected with the sewer well and the two side box bodies through bolts; the two side box bodies are positioned on the outer side of the sewer well; the top of the sewer well is rotationally connected with the rain leakage cover plate; and the top of each side box body is rotationally connected with the sealing cover. According to the device, a sundry collecting box can be taken out by opening the sealing cover, so that the convenience of cleaning sundries is realized; and the situation that water cannot flow out of the community and water is accumulated on the ground can be prevented.
