The invention discloses biochar concrete and a preparation method thereof. The biochar concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 0.5 to 0.6 part of water glue, 260 to 280 parts of water, 500 to 550 parts of cement, 400 to 450 parts of sand, 300 to 320 parts of coarse aggregate a, 700 to 730 parts of coarse aggregate b, 3 to 3.6 parts of a water reducing agent and 30 to 200 parts of biochar. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that the charcoal cracked by three-phase electric furnace high-temperature cracking replaces fine sand in concrete production for filling, so that the breaking strength, compressive strength and self-constriction of the concrete can be greatly improved, and meanwhile, the production cost can be reduced.
