The invention discloses multifunctional cement slurry and a preparation method and application thereof, and relates to the technical field of building materials, the multifunctional cement slurry comprises a first component and a second component, the first component comprises, by weight, 45-55% of cement, 1-5% of silica fume, 2-8% of mineral powder, 1-4% of sinking beads, 32-45% of sand, 0.1-0.5% of a water reducing agent, 0.01-0.2% of starch ether, 0.1-0.5% of cellulose ether, and 0.1-0.5% of wood fiber, and the second component comprises, by weight, 0.1-0.5% of a water reducing agent, 0.1-0.5% of a water reducing agent, 0.1-0.5% of a water reducing agent and 0.1-0.5% of a water reducing agent; the second component is prepared from 8 to 16 percent of pure acrylic emulsion, 18 to 30 percent of styrene-butadiene emulsion, 0.1 to 0.5 percent of preservative, 0.1 to 1.0 percent of defoaming agent and 55 to 70 percent of water. The multifunctional cement slurry disclosed by the invention can be used for sticking vitrified tiles, large-plate tiles and rock plate tiles with low water absorption, has the effects of resisting shrinkage and effectively reducing the probability of hollowing and tile falling, and can also be used for interface galling strengthening and roughening treatment of stable base layers such as concrete wall surfaces and the like and renovation construction of old tiles; and the material can be directly used as a kitchen and bath waterproof material.
