The modified well cementation cement slurry comprises cement and modified resin emulsion capable of being cured in a single-component mode. Wherein the modified resin emulsion is emulsion obtained by demulsifying and modifying organic silicon high-temperature-resistant resin; the mass of the modified resin emulsion accounts for 2-10% of the mass of the cement. The technical problem to be solved by the invention is how to provide the modified well cementation cement slurry, so that the modified well cementation cement slurry does not need to use a batch mixing pry for double-component blending of resin and a curing agent during site construction, and the construction operation is simple; moreover, by using the modified well cementation cement paste for well cementation, the cementation strength of set cement and two interfaces can be improved, and meanwhile, the modified well cementation cement paste is more beneficial to market popularization due to small addition amount and low material cost.
