On the premise that the cost is not increased, the basement exterior wall is prevented from being soaked in underground water for a long time through the innovative material seepage-resistant soil and plain soil combined construction method, a waterproof guarantee is added to the basement exterior wall, and therefore the leakage risk of the whole basement is reduced, the seepage-resistant soil mixing station can be produced in batches, and the construction cost is reduced. The method can be used for chute or pumping, is high in backfilling speed, short in overall construction period, easy to guarantee construction quality, and suitable for backfilling of the foundation pit fertile groove with rich underground water and large permeation risk, and on one hand, good economic and social benefits are created; and on the other hand, the permeation risk of the basement outer wall is reduced, the construction quality and progress are guaranteed, and technical support is provided for foundation pit backfilling.
