Prefabricated raft-shaped foundation component, assembly type raft-shaped foundation and house
The invention relates to a prefabricated raft-shaped foundation component which comprises a prefabricated square bottom plate and a cross beam prefabricated on the square bottom plate, the four ends of the cross beam extend to the four edges of the square bottom plate correspondingly, the four ends of the cross beam extend to form flange plates, and the flange plates are arranged on the square bottom plate. The plate surface of the flange plate is parallel to the edge part of the bottom plate on the corresponding side, and bolt assembly holes are formed in the flange plate and/or assembly bolts are pre-embedded in the flange plate. In addition, the invention further relates to an assembly type raft foundation adopting the prefabricated raft foundation component and a house adopting the assembly type raft foundation. Assembly construction of the raft-shaped foundation can be achieved, the construction period can be remarkably shortened, and the construction cost can be remarkably reduced; the prefabricated raft-shaped foundation component can be used as a standard component for prefabrication production, transportation, storage and field installation; splicing between two adjacent raft-shaped foundation components is achieved through a bolt assembling structure, the reliability and stability of the connecting structure are high, and the service effect of the raft-shaped foundation can be guaranteed.
