The raft plate comprises a bottom plate, longitudinal plates and transverse plates, the multiple transverse plates are arranged on the bottom plate at intervals in the longitudinal direction of the bottom plate, the longitudinal plates are arranged on the bottom plate in the transverse direction of the bottom plate, the multiple transverse plates and the longitudinal plates are arranged in a crossed mode, and a hollow cavity is defined by every two adjacent transverse plates and longitudinal plates; the beam plate raft comprises a plurality of raft plates which are arranged in the transverse direction and/or the longitudinal direction, and every two adjacent raft plates are connected through a second assembly structure. Or the beam plate raft comprises a plurality of raft plates which are arranged in the transverse direction and/or the longitudinal direction and the vertical direction, every two adjacent raft plates in the vertical direction are connected through a first assembly structure, and every two adjacent raft plates in the transverse direction and/or the longitudinal direction are connected through a second assembly structure; the beam-slab raft assembly foundation comprises a beam-slab raft and an equipment connecting foundation, and the beam-slab raft is connected with the equipment connecting foundation through anchor bars. The construction period is shortened, the construction cost is reduced, and the safety and reliability are improved.
