The invention provides an unsupported shield muck pit construction method for a subway station roof, which comprises the following steps of: S1, planning walking routes of an excavator and a muck truck after the station roof, a roof waterproof layer, a roof waterproof protective layer and the like within the range of the muck pit are all constructed; s2, a temporary protection cushion layer is constructed, and the pre-constructed n-shaped cover plate side wall joint bars and the temporary protection cushion layer are anchored; s3, reinforcing steel bar binding and formwork installation work of the side walls on the two sides of the n-shaped cover plate are conducted; then, a side wall is poured; s4, earthwork backfilling between the two side walls and n-shaped cover plate top face construction are conducted, and two muck pits are formed; and S5, pit edge retaining walls and two temporary partition walls of the two muck pits are constructed. 本发明提供了一种用于地铁车站顶板的无支撑盾构渣土坑施工方法,步骤如下:S1、待渣土坑范围内的车站顶板、顶板防水、顶板防水保护层等已全部施工完成,规划挖掘机和渣土车行走路线;S2、施做临时保护垫层,并将预施工“n”型盖板侧墙插筋与临时保护垫层锚固;S3、进行“n”型盖板两侧侧墙的钢筋绑扎、模板安装工作;接着,浇筑侧墙;S4、进行两侧墙间的土方回填以及“n”型盖板顶面施工,形成两个渣土坑;S5、进行两个渣土坑的坑边挡土墙以及两个临时隔墙施工。本发明形成的渣土坑在结构顶板上形成管涵结构,能够抵抗渣土坑出土过程中土体压力,从而避免现有技术因设置内支撑带来的挖机出土不便的问题,同时也有效提高了存土量。
