The invention discloses a metro muck slurry modification method and low-carbon concrete based on modified metro muck slurry. The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing metro muck slurry with micron silica gel, mixing the mixture with cationic polyacrylamide to obtain a mixture, adding an amino silane coupling agent, dilute sulphuric acid and microcrystalline cellulose, and adding sodium hydroxide to adjust the pH value to obtain modified metro muck slurry; and finally, stirring a mixture with the modified subway muck slurry, a modified slurry activity inducer and a water reducing agent, wherein the mixture is obtained by uniformly mixing and stirring cement, fly ash, coarse aggregate and fine aggregate. According to the low-carbon concrete disclosed by the invention, in-situ treatment of the muck slurry is realized by modifying the muck slurry, and soil is modified, so that the muck slurry can be used for replacing part of a cementing material, and resource utilization of the low-carbon concrete in concrete production is realized. According to the invention, the use of cement is reduced, the recycling and in-situ utilization of the muck slurry are realized, and the carbon emission is reduced.
