The connecting device comprises an outer shell, an inner shell, a locking device and a plug pin device, the outer surface of the input end of the inner shell is of a spherical structure, the inner wall of the outer shell is provided with a spherical cambered surface matched with the outer spherical surface of the inner shell, a sealing groove is formed in the spherical cambered surface of the outer shell, and a sealing ring is arranged in the sealing groove; the inner shell extends into the outer shell and is rotationally connected with the outer shell to realize sealing, the inner shell can rotate freely in the outer shell in the radial direction, and the maximum rotatable angle in the axial direction is 12.5 degrees; a flushing opening is formed in the shell close to the spherical cambered surface, and a protective ring is arranged on the outermost side of the output end of the shell; the locking device is installed in the outer shell and used for tightly holding the inner shell in the outer shell, the rotating side of the locking device is rotationally connected with the outer shell, and the opening and closing side of the locking device is controlled to be connected with the outer shell through the plug pin device, so that connection or disconnection of the inner shell and the outer shell is achieved. The service life of the connecting device is prolonged, and the connecting device can better adapt to severe environments with large stormy waves and surges.
本发明公开了一种绞吸挖泥船艉吹管线用连接装置，包括外壳、内壳、锁紧装置和插销装置，内壳输入端外表面为球面形结构，外壳内壁设置有一段与内壳外球面配合的球形弧面，外壳在球形弧面处开设有密封槽，密封槽内设有密封圈，使内壳伸入外壳内与外壳之间转动连接后实现密封，并使内壳在外壳内径向可任意旋转，轴向最大可旋转角度为12.5°；外壳在靠近其球形弧面处设有冲水口，外壳在输出端最外侧设有护圈；锁紧装置安装在外壳内部，用于将内壳抱紧在外壳内，锁紧装置转动侧与外壳转动连接，锁紧装置开合侧通过插销装置控制与外壳的连接，实现内壳与外壳的连接或脱开。本发明延长了连接装置的使用寿命，更能适应风浪、涌浪很大的恶劣环境。
