According to the system, the exercise mode of fitness equipment and the power mode of manual water taking are fully combined, rainwater in the rainwater storage pond is lifted to the treatment unit through manpower to be treated and then recycled, therefore, dependence on a traditional water pump and electric energy consumption are reduced, and the carbon reduction requirement of a sponge city is met.
