The invention discloses an energy-saving heat preservation nail and a preparation method thereof. The energy-saving heat preservation nail is applied to construction of fiber spraying heat preservation and sound insulation layers of inner and outer walls and floor plates of citizens to play a role in fixing the fiber spraying heat preservation and sound insulation layers. The energy-saving thermal insulation nail is characterized in that a thermal bridge breaking structure is formed between the building main body and the surface of the sprayed fiber thermal insulation and sound insulation layer through low-thermal-conductivity plastic, one end of the energy-saving thermal insulation nail is a base, the other end of the energy-saving thermal insulation nail is a hooking structure with a pulling function, and the base is bonded to the building main body through adhesives or connected to the building main body through expansion bolts. And after the sprayed fiber heat preservation and sound insulation layer is formed, the tying structure at the other end is bent to a required shape to form a tying and hooking state, so that excellent tying strength can be obtained. By means of the mode, heat transfer in the heat preservation nail direction can be effectively reduced, the overall performance of the sprayed fiber heat preservation and sound insulation layer is improved, meanwhile, good hooking and tying performance is provided, heat transfer of a building is reduced, and the service life of the fiber sprayed heat preservation and sound insulation layer is prolonged.
本发明公开了一种节能保温钉及其制备方法,应用于公民用建筑的内外墙及楼层板的纤维喷涂保温隔音层施工中起到固定纤维喷涂保温隔音层的作用;其特征在于,所述一种节能保温钉采用低导热塑料在建筑物主体和喷涂纤维保温隔音层表面之间形成断热桥结构,其一端为底座另一端为具有拉结作用的钩挂结构,其底座使用粘接剂粘结或采用膨胀螺栓连接于建筑物主体上,待喷涂纤维保温隔音层成型之后将另一端的拉结结构弯曲至所需形状,形成拉结钩挂状态即可获得优良的拉结强度。通过上述方式,本发明能够有效地降低热量沿保温钉方向的传递,提高喷涂纤维保温隔音层的整体性能,同时提供良好的勾挂拉结性能,减少建筑物热量传递,提升纤维喷涂保温隔音层的使用寿命。
