The invention relates to a dome structure concrete roof construction method which comprises the following steps: mounting a plurality of steel wire fences on the top of a dome building from bottom to top, and dividing the top of the dome building into a plurality of different areas; pouring the ring beam; layered pouring is conducted based on the areas separated by the steel wire fences; performing staged vibration; surface finishing and modeling; and laminating and curing. According to the construction method for the concrete top plate of the dome structure provided by the invention, layered pouring is carried out by turns from bottom to top, so that structural cracking caused by pouring of an ultra-thick dome in a conventional construction method is avoided, and the construction quality is high, and the construction method is safe and efficient.
本发明涉及一种穹顶结构混凝土顶板施工方法,包括如下步骤:在穹顶建筑顶部由下至上安装多个钢丝围挡,将穹顶建筑物顶部分隔为多个不同区域;浇筑环梁;基于钢丝围挡分隔的区域进行分层浇筑;阶段性振捣;收面造型;覆膜养护。本发明提供的穹顶结构混凝土顶板施工方法,采用分轮分层浇筑,由下向上、逐圈浇筑,从而避免了常规施工方法在进行超厚穹顶浇筑造成的结构开裂,施工质量高、安全、高效。
