A clamping mechanism and a cutting mechanism are arranged between the two door-opening-shaped guide rails, and the positions and angles of the clamping mechanism and the cutting mechanism relative to the two door-opening-shaped guide rails can be adjusted. The clamping mechanism and the cutting mechanism which are adjustable in angle and position are arranged, steel members at different parts of the whole steel structure building can be clamped and cut, the cutting process is safer, meanwhile, the steel members can be conveniently transferred and conveyed to the ground after cutting, and potential safety hazards caused by falling of the steel members during cutting are avoided.
