Structure dismantling device for simultaneous drilling and cutting
The present invention relates to a structure dismantling apparatus for simultaneous drilling and cutting, which comprises: a wire formed in a closed loop structure to rotate while being attached to a structure so as to cut the structure; a plurality of pulleys which include a groove indented on a curved surface for a certain depth, wherein the wire in the closed loop structure is accommodated in the groove to guide the rotary route; a driving motor axially engaged with at least one of the plurality of pulleys to grant the force for the wire to rotate; a drilling unit penetrating the structure to generate a hole into which the wire and the plurality of pulleys are inserted; and a sealing cover which accommodates the wire and the pulleys inside and prevents dust generated in the structure from leaking. The plurality of pulleys include a plurality of cutting pulleys inputted into the hole generated by the drilling unit. The plurality of cutting pulleys are placed on a rear surface based on the direction in which the drilling unit moves forward. When the drilling unit moves forward, the plurality of cutting pulleys move forward by following the drilling unit. The wire in the closed loop structure is placed by penetrating the structure along an internal surface of the hole generated by the drilling unit in the plurality of cutting pulleys. The structure dismantling apparatus for simultaneous drilling and cutting is able to simultaneously perform a drilling process and a cutting process, thereby reducing the time required for processes.
본 발명은 폐쇄된 루프 구조로 형성되고, 구조물에 밀착된 상태에서 회전하여 구조물을 절단하는 와이어, 곡면에 소정 깊이 함몰되는 홈을 포함하고, 폐쇄된 루프 구조의 상기 와이어가 상기 홈에 수용되어, 회전하는 경로를 안내하는 복수의 풀리, 복수의 상기 풀리 중 적어도 하나의 풀리와 축결합하여, 상기 와이어가 회전하는 동력을 부여하는 구동 모터, 구조물을 관통하여 상기 와이어 및 복수의 풀리가 삽입되는 홀을 생성하는 천공부 및 상기 와이어 및 풀리를 내부에 수용하여, 구조물에서 발생하는 분진의 유출을 방지하는 밀폐 커버를 포함하되, 복수의 상기 풀리는 상기 천공부가 생성하는 홀 내부에 투입되는 복수의 절단 풀리를 포함하여 이루어지고, 복수의 상기 절단 풀리는 상기 천공부가 전진하는 방향을 기준으로 후면에 배치되어, 상기 천공부가 전진 시에 종속적으로 복수의 상기 절단 풀리가 전진하며, 폐쇄된 루프 구조의 상기 와이어는 복수의 상기 절단 풀리에서 상기 천공부가 생성하는 홀의 내면을 따라 구조물을 관통하여 배치되는 천공 및 절단을 동시에 수행하는 구조물 해체 장치다.
