The invention is suitable for building outer wall manufacturing, and provides a building outer wall and a manufacturing method thereof.The manufacturing method comprises the steps that an initial design model of the building outer wall is established, topological optimization is conducted on the initial design model according to a first topological optimization factor, topological optimization continues to be conducted according to a second topological optimization factor, and a second optimization model is obtained, after reverse overturning is conducted, an overall model and a cutting scheme of the building outer wall are determined, after slicing is conducted according to the cutting scheme of the overall model, printing path data of the overall model are determined, and numerical control codes are generated according to the printing path data to indicate a 3D printer to conduct printing to obtain an overall mold corresponding to the overall model; and producing the building outer wall by using the integral mold. According to the method, model optimization is conducted firstly, then printing is conducted, the design process of the building outer wall is simplified, meanwhile, the produced integral mold is used for manufacturing the building outer wall, and the production efficiency is improved.
本发明适用于建筑外墙制造,提供了建筑外墙及其制造方法,该制造方法包括:建立建筑外墙的初始设计模型,根据第一拓扑优化因素对初始设计模型进行拓扑优化后,根据第二拓扑优化因素继续拓扑优化,得到第二优化模型,并进行反向翻转后确定建筑外墙的整体模型及及切割方案,根据整体模型的切割方案进行切片后确定该整体模型的打印路径数据,根据该打印路径数据生成数控代码以指示3D打印机打印得到该整体模型对应的整体模具,利用该整体模具生产该建筑外墙。本申请先进行模型优化再进行打印,简化了建筑外墙的设计过程,同时利用生产出的整体模具进行建筑外墙制造,提高了生产效率。
