A compact composite road module (7A, 7B, 7C), unit and system. The invention relates to a compact composite road module (7A, 7B, 7C) comprising: an upper road and a lower road extending substantially parallel, one arranged for vehicles to travel in a left-side traffic rule and the other arranged for vehicles to travel in a right-side traffic rule, the upper road comprising a first lane and a second lane arranged side by side, the lower-layer road comprises a third traffic lane and a fourth traffic lane which are arranged side by side; the third traffic lane and the fourth traffic lane are respectively positioned below the second traffic lane and the first traffic lane. The first traffic lane and the third traffic lane allow vehicles to run in a first direction, and the second traffic lane and the fourth traffic lane allow vehicles to run in a second direction opposite to the first direction. The first connecting channel connects the first traffic lane to the third traffic lane. The third connecting channel enables the third traffic lane to be communicated with the first traffic lane. The two ends of the first connecting channel are roughly flush with the two ends of the third connecting channel in the longitudinal direction.
