The output end of the hydraulic rod is fixedly connected with a bearing box, one side of the bearing box is fixedly connected with a bearing motor, and the top of the bearing box is fixedly connected with a bolt cylinder. Through arrangement of a traction rope, a connecting rod and a lifting box, when an operator needs to enter an operation room or a maintainer needs to maintain the top of the crane, the operator can enter the lifting box, and a winding motor A is started to promote the traction rope to drive the lifting box to ascend, so that the operator is promoted to easily enter a secondary platform; and therefore, the trouble of manually climbing stairs is avoided, and meanwhile, the working efficiency is also improved.
