The present invention relates to an outdoor gantry crane having a roof and, in particular, to an outdoor gantry crane having a roof, in which the roof is installed in the outdoor gantry crane so as to facilitate the easy performance of operations and so on at the lower portion of the gantry crane. The outdoor gantry crane having the roof of the present invention comprises: a pair of rails which are installed to be spaced apart from each other on the ground; a pair of leg members which are mounted to be movable along the rails; a girder which is disposed in a direction perpendicular to the rails and connects the upper portions of the pair of leg members spaced apart from each other; a moving member which is mounted to be movable along the longitudinal direction of the girder and has a lifting device; a horizontal support which has one end joined to the girder and the other end protruding in the moving direction of the leg members; and a cover member which is joined to the horizontal support to cover the upper portion of the horizontal support and the upper portion of the girder, wherein the horizontal support protrudes more in the horizontal direction than the leg members.
