Fabricated bridge pier and abutment and construction method thereof
The invention relates to a fabricated bridge abutment and a construction method thereof. The abutment comprises a bearing platform and a pier body arranged on the bearing platform. A plurality of bearing platform hole channels are formed in the bearing platform from front to back and from left to right, and concave teeth are arranged on the upper surface of the bearing platform and correspond to two end openings of each bearing platform hole channel; the bottom of the pier body is provided with a pier body hole channel corresponding to two end openings of each bearing platform hole channel, the end opening of the bottom of each pier body hole channel is provided with convex teeth, the convex teeth are installed in the corresponding concave teeth, a central through hole penetrates through the pier body from top to bottom, and the inner wall of the central through hole is provided with an anchoring block corresponding to each pier body hole channel; prestressing tendon groups are arranged in the bearing platform hole channels and the corresponding pier body hole channels in a penetrating mode, and the two ends of the prestressing tendon groups penetrate out of the anchoring blocks and are anchored through anchorage devices; a plurality of vertical reserved steel bars are arranged on the upper surface of the bearing platform corresponding to the center through hole, a plurality of transverse reserved steel bars are arranged at the lower end of the inner wall of the center through hole, and core filling concrete is poured on the bearing platform at the bottom in the center through hole. The anchoring device is good in anchoring effect and high in safety degree.
本发明是一种装配式桥梁墩台及其施工方法,墩台包括承台以及设置在承台上的墩身;承台内从前到后、从左到右均设有若干承台孔道,承台上表面对应每个承台孔道的两端口均设有凹齿;墩身底部对应每个承台孔道的两端口均设有一个墩身孔道,墩身孔道底部端口设有凸齿,凸齿安装在对应的凹齿内,墩身内从上到下贯穿有中心通孔,中心通孔内壁对应每个墩身孔道均设有一个锚固块;承台孔道及对应的墩身孔道内穿设有预应力束组,预应力束组两端穿出锚固块外并通过锚具锚固;承台上表面对应中心通孔的位置设有若干竖向预留钢筋,中心通孔内壁下端设有若干横向预留钢筋,中心通孔内底部在承台上浇筑有填芯混凝土。本发明锚固效果好,安全度高。
