Fabricated pier with embedded sealing at pier and abutment joint and construction method
The invention relates to an assembled pier with embedded sealing at the pier and abutment joint and a construction method. The assembled pier comprises a bearing platform, an embedded sealing assembly and a construction method, and a reserved groove is formed in the top of the bearing platform; the bottom of the prefabricated pier body is inserted into the reserved groove; and the preformed groove is filled with a high-strength shrinkage-free grouting material so as to form a first sealing system for connecting the bearing platform and the prefabricated pier body in a sealing manner. The preformed groove is formed in the top of the bearing platform, in the process of achieving installation of the prefabricated pier body, it is guaranteed that a pier and abutment joint is buried in the groove, the filling thickness of the high-strength shrinkage-free grouting material is guaranteed, and the sealing effect of the joint of the prefabricated pier body and the bearing platform of the assembly type pier is improved. A second sealing system of the prefabricated pier body is formed through a rubber ring arranged outside the corrugated pipe. And corrosion of the prestressed steel strand is avoided. The two sealing systems ensure the corrosion resistance of the prefabricated pier in the marine environment.
本发明涉及墩台连接处嵌入式密封的装配式桥墩及施工方法,装配式桥墩包括:承台,所述承台的顶部设有预留槽;预制墩身,所述预制墩身的底部插入所述预留槽中;所述预留槽中填充有高强无收缩灌浆料,以形成密封连接所述承台与所述预制墩身的第一密封体系。通过在承台的顶部设置预留槽,在实现预制墩身安装的过程中,保证了墩台接缝埋于槽内和高强度无收缩灌浆料的填充厚度,提高了装配式桥墩的预制墩身与承台接缝处的密封效果。通过设于波纹管外的橡胶圈构成了预制墩身的第二密封体系。避免了预应力钢绞线的腐蚀。两道密封体系保证了预制装配式桥墩在海洋环境下的抗腐蚀性能。
