The invention discloses an underground diaphragm wall secondary grooving construction method suitable for a water-rich sandy gravel layer, which comprises the following steps: 1, arranging a dewatering well (16) in a construction range of a newly-built underground diaphragm wall (3), and dewatering to a position below an excavation working surface of an outer side guide wall (1); 2, an outer side guide wall is excavated in a sloping mode, and the outer side guide wall is located between the existing diaphragm wall (2) and the newly-built diaphragm wall; 3, an outer side guide wall is constructed, and excavation earthwork backfilling of the outer side guide wall is conducted in time; 4, constructing a jet grouting pile (5) on the inner side of the newly-built diaphragm wall; 5, a soil body between the jet grouting pile and the outer side guide wall is excavated, and an inner side guide wall (6) is constructed; 6, excavating a soil body, performing secondary grooving on the newly-built underground diaphragm wall, and pouring the newly-built underground diaphragm wall; and 7, coping beams (8) are arranged on the outer side guide wall and the newly-built diaphragm wall, and inner supports (9) are constructed in the foundation pit through the coping beams.
