CONNECTION METHOD FOR VERTICAL REINFORCEMENT CAGE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection method for vertical reinforcement cages on top and bottom that allows positional adjustment operation to be easily performed.SOLUTION: After setting a first joint 30 at a top edge of a first main reinforcement 11 among main reinforcements of a lower vertical reinforcement cage 10 and setting a second joint 40 at a top edge of a remaining second main reinforcement 12, the top edge of the first main reinforcement 11 is inserted into a lower part of the first joint 30 to bring an open edge at a top part of the first joint 30 above the top edge surface of the first main reinforcement 11, and the top edge of the second main reinforcement 12 is inserted through an entire length of the second joint 40 to bring an opening edge at a top part of the second joint 40 at a same height with or below the top edge surface of the second main reinforcement 12. Then, an upper vertical reinforcement cage 20 is lowered and a lower edge of a third main reinforcement 21 that corresponds to the first main reinforcement 11 is inserted into a top part of the first joint 30. The second joint 40 is lifted and a lower edge of a fourth main reinforcement 22 that corresponds to the second main reinforcement 12 is inserted into a top part of the second joint 40. 【課題】上下の垂直鉄筋籠の接合に際し、位置調整作業を容易にできる方法を提供する。【解決手段】下側の垂直鉄筋籠10の主筋のうち、第1主筋11の上端部に第1継手30をセットし、残りの第2主筋12の上端部に第2継手40をセットした後、第1継手30の下部に第1鉄筋11の上端部を挿入させることにより第1継手30の上側の開口端を第1主筋11の上端面より上方に位置させ、第2継手40の全長にわたって第2鉄筋12の上端部を挿入させることにより、第2継手40の上側の開口端を第2主筋12の上端面と同一高さかこれよりも下方に位置させる。次に、上側の垂直鉄筋籠20を下方に移動させ、第1主筋11に対応する第3主筋21の下端部を、第1継手30の上部に挿入し、第2継手40を上方に移動させ、第2主筋12に対応する第4主筋22の下端部を、第2継手40の上部に挿入し、第1、第2の継手30,40にグラウト材の充填を行う。【選択図】図1
