Application of waste concrete as backfill material and backfill construction method thereof
The invention relates to application of waste concrete as a backfill material and a backfill construction method of the waste concrete, and belongs to the technical field of waste concrete utilization. Blocky waste concrete is used as the backfill material, waste concrete blocks are firstly backfilled, then regenerated cement foam slurry is injected into a concrete block layer in a guide pipe embedding and grouting mode, and the waste concrete block layer is formed; the concrete blocks and the regenerated cement foam slurry are fully gelled and combined to form a semi-rigid backfill system, and the load or vibration of a main body structure can be conducted to a backfill layer by utilizing the buffering and energy-absorbing effects of the regenerated cement foam slurry with high density; and the waste concrete blocks are glued and wrapped by the regenerated cement foam slurry, so that the load of the waste concrete blocks on the main body structure is greatly reduced, and the anti-seismic and anti-sinking effects are achieved.
本发明涉及一种废旧混凝土作为回填材料的应用及其回填施工方法,属于废旧混凝土利用技术领域,本发明将块状废旧混凝土作为回填材料,先回填废旧混凝土块,再通过埋设导管注浆的方式向混凝土块层中注入再生水泥泡沫浆体,使混凝土块与再生水泥泡沫浆体充分胶化结合,形成半刚性的回填体系,利用密度的再生水泥泡沫浆体缓冲吸能作用,可以将主体结构荷载或振动传导至回填层;且废旧混凝土块被再生水泥泡沫浆体胶结包裹,其对主体结构的荷载也大幅度降低,起到抗震、抗沉的作用。
