An extrusion type self-locking connection node of a steel structure unit room comprises an upper module column corner piece and a lower module column corner piece, a locking piece is arranged on the upper module column corner piece, and the locking piece comprises a sliding groove and a sliding block assembly piece which is located in the sliding groove and composed of a sliding clamping strip, a limiting plate and a spring. A wedge-shaped face and a limiting hole are correspondingly arranged in the lower module column corner piece, after the upper module column corner piece is correspondingly placed on the lower module column corner piece, the locking piece is subjected to the gravity effect of an upper unit room, and the sliding clamping strip in the locking piece is squeezed by the wedge-shaped face and slides downwards into the limiting hole in the lower module column corner piece. And connection and locking of the nodes are realized. Construction operation space is not needed, construction holes do not need to be reserved, hole opening weakening of components is reduced, extrusion type self-locking of the joints can be achieved only by correspondingly hoisting and placing the upper-layer steel structure unit room on the lower-layer steel structure unit room, and on-site rapid assembly construction of the steel structure unit rooms is achieved.
