The invention provides an effective method for fire prevention of a high-rise steel structure building, and relates to the technical field of building fire prevention, a fireproof spraying pipe is installed along the axis of a stress component of a steel structure frame, and the fireproof spraying pipe is installed between the stress component and a fireproof heat insulation plate outside the stress component. A pipeline spray cooling system for directly spraying water to a stressed component of a steel structure frame in a steel structure high-rise building is additionally arranged. When a fire alarm occurs, the system is started, water is directly sprayed to the surface of a stress component beam column of the steel structure frame for cooling, it is ensured that the temperature of the stress component beam column of the steel structure frame does not increase to the temperature at which bearing capacity is lost in the fire disaster process, and therefore it is ensured that a high-rise steel structure building does not collapse when the fire disaster occurs; the safety of the high-rise steel structure building is improved when a fire occurs, and the fireproof problem of the high-rise steel structure building is simply and effectively solved.
