Pneumatic dredging device combining pressure feed and gas lift effects
The invention relates to a pneumatic desilting device combining pressure feeding and air lifting effects. The pneumatic desilting device is mainly provided with a pneumatic pump, an air compressor and an air lifting device. The device is characterized in that the gas lift device is connected with a pneumatic pump exhaust pipe through a pipeline; when the pneumatic pump exhausts air, the exhausted air enters the air lifting device, part of sediment at the water bottom is discharged out of the water body under the air lifting action of the air lifting device, and the other part of sediment enters the pneumatic pump along with the discharge of high-pressure air in the pneumatic pump under the action of environmental water pressure; after the pneumatic pump is filled with the silt, the air compressor injects high-pressure gas into the pneumatic pump, and the high-pressure gas pushes the silt in the pneumatic pump to be discharged through the pneumatic pump sludge discharging pipe. The pneumatic desilting device combining pressure feeding and gas lifting functions fully utilizes exhaust energy of the pneumatic pump, and is simple in structure, good in desilting effect and high in energy utilization rate.
本发明涉及一种将压送及气举作用相结合的气力清淤装置,主要设有气力泵、空压机、气举装置;其特征在于:气举装置通过管路与气力泵排气管相连;气力泵排气时,排气进入气举装置,水底部分泥沙在气举装置的气举作用下排出水体,另一部分泥沙随着气力泵内高压气体的排出在环境水压的作用下进入气力泵;泥沙充满气力泵后,空压机向气力泵中注入高压气体,高压气体推动气力泵内的泥沙由气力泵排泥管排出。本发明将压送及气举作用相结合的气力清淤装置充分利用了气力泵排气能量,结构简单,清淤效果好,能源利用率高。
