The invention discloses a riverway ecological environment restoration and treatment method, which comprises the following steps of: arranging a plurality of groups of monitoring cameras at a fence of an open area of a riverway and an alarm device capable of being triggered by the monitoring cameras, and arranging water component monitoring equipment in a water body of the riverway to monitor the component change of the water body in real time; in addition, sewage component monitoring equipment is arranged at a sewage discharge inlet to monitor the water body component change of the sewage in real time so as to monitor and treat the ecological environment of the river channel in real time, and the method comprises the following steps: firstly, treating the ecological environment in the river channel, namely removing aquatic plants and garbage spreading in the water body; and after the clear work treatment is completed, real-time monitoring is carried out from the water body component change through the monitoring equipment, the river channel environment is detected from the source, sewage exceeding the standard is prevented from being discharged into the river channel without limitation, and the ecological environment of the river channel is efficiently and continuously repaired and treated.
