The invention provides a slow-release polycarboxylate superplasticizer and a preparation method thereof.The preparation method comprises the steps that macromonomers are added into softened water in a stirring state, the macromonomers are fully stirred and dissolved, and a base material C is obtained; in a stirring state, adding a solution prepared from unsaturated carboxylic acid small monomers into the backing material C, uniformly stirring and mixing, under a stirring condition, adding a liquid alkali solution, uniformly stirring and mixing, dropwise adding a chain transfer agent, uniformly stirring and mixing, then adding an oxidant solution, uniformly stirring and mixing, finally adding a catalyst solution, and stirring; dropwise adding the solution A and the solution B into the obtained base material at the same time; after dropwise adding, curing, and adjusting the pH value; obtaining a finished product. Compared with the prior art, the preparation method has the advantages that the unique molecular structure of ethylene glycol monovinyl polyglycol ether is utilized, the adding sequence and adding time of the raw materials are controlled, the alkali liquor is added into the base material, and the whole reaction process is carried out at normal temperature without low-temperature control, so that the energy consumption is greatly reduced; the synthesized product has excellent super-long slump retaining and slow release performance.
本发明提供了缓释型聚羧酸减水剂及其制备方法,制备方法为:向软化水中在搅拌状态下加入大单体,充分搅拌溶解,得底料C;在搅拌状态下,向底料C中加入不饱和羧酸小单体配制成的溶液,搅拌混匀,在搅拌条件下,加入液碱溶液,搅拌混匀后,滴加链转移剂,搅拌混匀后,再加入氧化剂溶液,搅拌混匀后,最后加入催化剂溶液,搅拌;向所得底料中同时滴加A溶液和B溶液;滴加完成后,熟化,调整pH;即得。与现有技术相比,本发明利用乙二醇单乙烯基聚乙二醇醚独特的分子结构,同时控制原料的加入顺序和加入时机,在底料中加入碱液,整个反应过程都是在常温下进行无需低温温度控制,极大了降低能耗,合成出的产品具有优异的超长保坍缓释性能。
