Novel steel pipe and FRP core reinforced sandwich steel bridge deck structure
A novel steel pipe and FRP core reinforced sandwich steel bridge deck structure comprises an upper panel, a lower panel, an FRP core and a square steel pipe. The square steel tubes are arranged between the upper panel and the lower panel at certain intervals; the FRP cores are filled among the upper panel, the lower panel and the adjacent square steel tubes; the FRP core is pasted and fixed by coating the surface with an epoxy resin adhesive; the square steel pipes are connected with the upper panel and the lower panel in a welded mode at the weld joints to form a three-layer sandwich panel structure. According to the three-layer sandwich plate structure containing the FRP core and the square steel pipe, the FRP material can be applied to the steel bridge deck, the influence of steel welding high temperature on the FRP material is avoided through connection and transition of the square steel pipe, and the excellent mechanical property of the FRP material can be fully utilized; the whole structure of the sandwich panel is free of stress weak points, and the anti-fatigue performance and the service life of the steel bridge deck are remarkably improved.
一种新型钢管和FRP芯增强的夹芯钢桥面结构,包括上面板、下面板、FRP芯和方钢管;所述方钢管间隔一定距离放置在上面板和下面板之间;所述FRP芯填充在上面板、下面板和相邻的方钢管之间;所述FRP芯通过在表面刷涂环氧树脂胶黏剂进行粘贴固定;所述方钢管分别与上面板和下面板在焊缝处进行焊接连接,构成三层夹芯板结构。本发明提出的含FRP芯和方钢管的三层夹芯板结构,可以将FRP材料应用于钢桥面板之中,并且通过方钢管的连接和过渡,避免了钢材焊接高温对FRP材料的影响,能够充分利用FRP材料优异的力学性能;夹芯板整体结构中无受力薄弱点,显著提高了钢桥面板的抗疲劳性能和使用寿命。
