Novel functional layered steel bridge deck pavement structure
The invention discloses a novel functional layered steel bridge deck pavement structure, which comprises a waterproof bonding layer, a main structural layer, a bonding layer and a pavement surface layer, and is characterized in that the waterproof bonding layer taking a modified polyurethane waterproof bonding material as a primer is coated on a steel bridge deck, ECO modified polyurethane concrete is paved on the waterproof bonding layer to serve as the main structural layer, and the bonding layer is coated on the pavement surface layer. Paving a pavement surface layer mainly comprising high-viscosity and high-elasticity modified asphalt SMA on the main structural layer; and an ultrathin adhesive layer is coated between the main structural layer and the pavement surface layer. And the waterproof bonding layer with high bonding strength is adopted, so that the bonding performance and the waterproof performance of the steel bridge deck pavement are greatly improved. A main structural layer laid on the waterproof bonding layer is made of ECO modified polyurethane concrete instead of a traditional asphalt concrete pavement layer and a cement concrete pavement layer. And the pavement surface layer adopts high-viscosity high-elasticity modified asphalt SMA, so that the driving comfort of the bridge can be improved.
本发明公开了一种新型功能分层钢桥面铺装结构,包括防水粘结层、主要构造层、粘层和铺面面层,其特征在于:在钢桥面上涂覆以改性聚氨酯防水粘结料为底胶的防水粘结层,在所述防水粘结层上铺设ECO改性聚氨酯混凝土作为主要构造层,在主要构造层上铺设以高粘高弹改性沥青SMA为主的铺面面层;在主要构造层与铺面面层之间涂覆一层超薄的粘层。采用了高粘结强度的防水粘结层,大大提高了钢桥面铺装的粘结性能和防水性能。铺设在防水粘结层上的主要构造层采用了ECO改性聚氨酯混凝土代替了传统的沥青混凝土铺装层和水泥混凝土铺装层。铺装面层采用高粘高弹改性沥青SMA,可提高桥梁的行车舒适性。
