The invention discloses a fabricated flood control system capable of being automatically or manually opened and closed, and relates to the technical field of flood control, modular lock chamber units are adopted, the flood control system with any required length is constructed through connection of flanges and water stop rubber between the units, and the flood control system is easy to install and debug; wherein the modularized lock chamber unit comprises an inflation opening and closing control system and a water injection opening and closing control system; both can be used for opening and closing the gate; wherein the water injection on-off control system is used for controlling the water level of a pipeline, an inspection well and a check valve; when the gate starting control water level is higher than the gate starting control water level, water enters the pipeline through the overhaul well to reach the gate chamber, and the gate is pushed to be opened through buoyancy; when the water level falls below the control water level, the water level in the overhaul well is lowered by opening the water pump or the check valve, water in the gate chamber is discharged through the check valve, and the gate is closed; waterlogging caused by backward flowing of river water is effectively prevented, and personnel and property safety is protected.
