The embodiment of the invention discloses a closure structure and a rigid landfill, and the closure structure comprises an impermeable layer which is a sealing structure arranged at the opening part of a landfill unit, and the sealing structure is connected with the peripheral wall of the landfill unit and is used for preventing hazardous wastes from releasing unorganized waste gas or leaking; and the bearing structure is arranged above the impermeable layer, and the bearing structure is supported on the shear wall of the landfill unit, so that a space for preventing the bearing structure from deforming is formed between the bearing structure and the waste pile in the landfill unit. According to the closure structure provided by the invention, the load-bearing structure is supported on the shear wall of the landfill unit, so that the space for deformation of the load-bearing structure is formed between the load-bearing structure and the waste pile in the landfill unit, the closure structure is prevented from being damaged due to collapse of the waste pile, and the stability of the closure structure is improved.
