The invention relates to steel structure dome construction, in particular to a method for installing a large steel structure dome under the limited site condition. Comprising the following steps: step A, determining the position of a crane; b, an operation platform is erected on the outer side of a stand column of the building; c, the dome center ring and the main steel beam are welded; d, the two cranes are in place, and the two cranes are used for symmetrical lifting; e, the outer ends of the two main steel beams are erected on the embedded parts of the stand columns correspondingly, and the main steel beams are welded to the embedded parts; f, a suspension cable structure is installed between the outer end of the main steel beam and the lower ring part of the dome center ring, and internal force conversion is completed; and G, the next pair of main steel beams are symmetrically hoisted, and the suspension cable structure is installed till the dome is installed. Installation of the large steel structure dome is completed under the limited site condition, the problem that steel structure hoisting operation cannot be conducted due to site limitation is solved, the construction efficiency is improved, the construction period is shortened, and the construction quality is guaranteed.
本发明涉及钢结构穹顶施工,特别是一种受限场地条件下大型钢结构穹顶安装的方法。包括如下步骤:步骤A、确定起重机的位置;步骤B、在建筑的立柱的外侧搭设操作平台;步骤C、穹顶中心环与主钢梁焊接;步骤D、两台起重机就位,利用两台起重机对称抬吊;步骤E、两根主钢梁的外端分别搭设在立柱的预埋件上,主钢梁与预埋件焊接;步骤F、主钢梁的外端与穹顶中心环的下环部之间安装悬索结构,完成内力转换;步骤G、对称吊装下一对主钢梁并安装悬索结构,至穹顶安装完毕。本发明在受限场地条件下完成大型钢结构穹顶的安装,解决了因场地限制无法进行钢结构吊装作业的问题,提高施工效率,缩短工期,保证施工质量。
