Each supercell model comprises a sound energy collection structure model and eight photonic crystal unit cell structure models; a square hollow frame is arranged on each of the top surface and the bottom surface of a first intermediate plate of the phononic crystal unit cell structure model, and two prismatic table structures of the phononic crystal unit cell structure model are arranged in the two square hollow frames of the first intermediate plate; each prismatic table structure is provided with four prismatic tables of the same structure, each prismatic table is a hollow trapezoidal column and is higher than the square hollow frame where the prismatic table is located, and an opening is formed in the bottom face, facing the second middle plate, of each prismatic table; a second intermediate plate of the sound energy collection structure model is the same as the first intermediate plate in structure, two piezoelectric patches replace two prismatic table structures to be arranged in two square hollow frames of the second intermediate plate, one side of each piezoelectric patch is grounded, and the other side of each piezoelectric patch is provided with an energy recovery terminal. According to the invention, low-frequency noise can be insulated, and energy can be recovered from two sides.
