The invention discloses a combined structure of a cold-formed steel wall body and a concrete beam, the combined structure is suitable for middle and high-rise buildings, the combined structure comprises a combined wall body and the concrete beam, the combined wall body comprises cold-formed steel C-shaped stand columns, cold-formed steel U-shaped joists and covering plates, the cold-formed steel C-shaped stand columns are vertically arranged in parallel, and the cold-formed steel U-shaped joists are arranged in parallel. The cold-formed steel U-shaped supporting beams are transversely arranged in parallel and fixedly connected with the cold-formed steel C-shaped stand columns, a plurality of long-strip-shaped pre-cutting holes are formed in the cold-formed steel U-shaped supporting beams located at the upper end and the lower end of the combined wall body, and the front face and the rear face of the combined wall body are wrapped with the face covering plates.
