Intelligent climbing device
The invention discloses an intelligent climbing device which comprises a plurality of bearing hanging boots fixed to a bearing wall at intervals in the vertical direction; the upper end of the track is movably hung on the bearing hanging boot, and the lower end of the track is supported on a bearing wall body; a plurality of grooves are formed in one side of the track at intervals in the vertical direction; the upper end of the bearing platform is movably hung on the bearing hanging boot, and the lower end of the bearing platform is supported on a bearing wall body; a climbing assembly is arranged on the bearing platform corresponding to the track; the climbing assembly comprises an upper supporting device, a jacking oil cylinder and a lower supporting device which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, one end of the jacking oil cylinder is hinged to the bearing platform, and the other end of the jacking oil cylinder is hinged to the lower supporting device; the upper supporting device is rotationally connected with the bearing platform; the lower supporting device is connected with the bearing platform in a sliding mode and can rotate in a vertical plane. Stable climbing of the track and the bearing platform can be achieved, and the climbing efficiency is improved.
本发明公开了一种智能爬升装置,包括:多个承载挂靴,沿竖直方向间隔固定在承载墙体上;轨道,其上端活动悬挂于所述承载挂靴,下端支撑于承载墙体上;所述轨道的一侧沿竖直方向间隔开设有多个凹槽;承载平台,其上端活动悬挂于所述承载挂靴上,下端支撑于承载墙体上;所述承载平台上对应于所述轨道设置有爬升组件;所述爬升组件包括由上至下依次设置的上支撑装置、顶升油缸以及下支撑装置,所述顶升油缸的一端与所述承载平台铰接,另一端与所述下支撑装置铰接;所述上支撑装置与所述承载平台转动连接;所述下支撑装置与所述承载平台滑动连接,且可在竖直平面内转动。本发明可以实现轨道和承载平台的稳定爬升,提升爬升效率。
