The intelligent climbing operation device comprises a man-cargo operation table, a counterweight placement table, a movable chassis, a lifting mechanism, a bearing platform, a supporting frame, a telescopic inclined strut, a telescopic guide rod, a concrete counterweight block, a roller and a central controller, and the lower end of the lifting mechanism is connected with the movable chassis; the upper end of the lifting mechanism is connected with the bearing platform, the multiple rolling wheels are arranged on the lower side of the movable chassis, the two ends of the two sides of the top of the supporting frame are connected with the man-goods operation table or the balance weight containing table through telescopic guide rods respectively, and each telescopic guide rod comprises a fixed sleeve rod and a movable rod. The bearing platform can be driven to move up and down by lifting the lifting mechanism, and the movable rod can be driven to move relative to the fixed sleeve rod by stretching the telescopic inclined strut, so that the man-cargo operation table and the counterweight placement table are driven to move horizontally.
