The invention discloses an energy-saving self-insulation concrete block which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 16-20 parts of cement, 26-30 parts of sand, 32-36 parts of fly ash, 30-50 parts of ceramsite, 16-24 parts of lightweight aggregate, 40-48 parts of granite powder, 20-28 parts of aluminum powder, 40-60 parts of polypropylene fiber, 4-6 parts of a foam stabilizer, 3-5 parts of an accelerator and 1-5 parts of an anti-shrinking agent. The invention also provides a preparation method of the energy-saving self-insulation concrete block. The ceramsite and the polypropylene fiber are added, the polypropylene fiber is foamed to form thermal insulation foam, after the thermal insulation foam is mixed with the concrete, the thermal insulation performance of the formed concrete block is improved, meanwhile, the ceramsite has a thermal insulation effect, heat cannot penetrate through the concrete block after the ceramsite is mixed with the concrete, and the thermal insulation performance of the concrete block is improved. And the thermal insulation effect of the concrete block is greatly improved.
