Comprising a mounting plate, detection rods are vertically and slidably arranged at the four corners of the mounting plate, a leveling rod is arranged behind the detection rods and vertically slides on the mounting plate, a lead screw is rotatably arranged in the leveling rod, a plurality of first vertical grooves are formed in the side edge of the leveling rod, a threaded plate is arranged on the mounting plate, and a motor is arranged at the top of the leveling rod; a plurality of marking rods are vertically and slidably arranged in the middle of the mounting plate, connecting pipes are arranged on the side edges of the marking rods, a first marking box and a second marking box are arranged above the mounting plate, and a first conveying pipe and a second conveying pipe are arranged at the bottom of the mounting plate; the road surface flatness detection device is simple and ingenious in structure, the flatness of the road surface is detected under the condition that the mounting plate is kept horizontal all the time, the protrusions and the low-lying positions are marked differently, whether the road surface is flat or not can be rapidly recognized, and then the road surface is repaired.
