The invention discloses an intelligent regulation and control device for a main cable for cable hoisting and an implementation method of the intelligent regulation and control device. During cable hoisting construction, related data are sent to a central processing unit through a wireless displacement sensing device on a tower top transverse moving trolley and a wireless strain sensing device on a main cable, and then a low-rotating-speed motor is controlled by the central processing unit to drive an adjustable pull rod to adjust a wedge-shaped adjusting cushion block to adjust a special-shaped back plate; therefore, adjustment of the main cable is completed. Compared with a traditional process that a batten is supported on the back of arc-shaped concrete, manual control is not needed, work can be completed in a high-precision and high-efficiency mode, and therefore the construction progress is accelerated.
本发明公开了一种缆索吊装主缆索智能调控装置及其实施方法。在缆索吊装施工时,通过塔顶横移小车上的无线位移感应装置和主缆上的无线应变感应装置将相关数据发送到中央处理器,再通过中央处理器控制低转速电机带动可调节拉杆进行楔形调节垫块进行对异形背板的调节,从而完成主缆的调节。与传统工艺在圆弧形混凝土背后支垫木方相比,本发明无需人工进行控制,并可高精度、高效率的完成工作,从而加快施工进度。
